Welcome to Conduct Courses (“Conduct Courses”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at conductcourses.com (the “Site”) and our workplace conduct training, courses, programs, and related materials (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Site and Services only if you:
- are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
- have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Purpose of Conduct Courses
Conduct Courses provides workplace conduct training, behavioral compliance courses, and related educational programs. Our content is designed for informational and educational purposes only.
Conduct Courses does not provide legal, medical, or mental health advice. Our training does not replace legal counsel, HR policy, or professional advice from licensed practitioners. Organizations remain solely responsible for their own policies, legal compliance, and decisions.
3. Accounts and Access
Some features may require an account to access course content or track progress. You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials confidential;
- restricting access to your account; and
- all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a way that may harm Conduct Courses, our customers, or others.
4. Course Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
4.1 Pricing and Payment
Course and program pricing will be displayed at checkout or in an applicable order form. Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or fees.
By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount due, including taxes and any recurring charges if applicable.
4.2 Refunds
Unless a separate written agreement or specific course description states otherwise, all course and program purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
In limited cases (such as duplicate purchases or technical errors), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit.
5. License and Use of Content
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, downloads, certificates, and other content available through the Site and Services (the “Content”) are owned by Conduct Courses or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
