Training access and team management
This dashboard provides two core functions: (1) team enrollment and seat management for organizations, and (2) course access, progress, and certificates for enrolled learners.
Team management
Group Leaders and training managers can invite team members, monitor seat usage, and manage enrollments. Seat limits are enforced automatically based on the purchased plan.
Invite team members
Add team members by email. New members receive access once they accept the invitation.
Seat usage visibility
Seat counts indicate remaining capacity for the plan. Attempts to exceed limits are blocked.
Reporting & oversight
Completion and participation data is available for team visibility and internal documentation.
Courses, progress, and certificates
Course access and progress tracking are available below. Certificates appear as courses are completed (depending on course certificate configuration).
Course access
Assigned courses appear in the profile section below. Access is tied to enrollment and group assignment.
Progress tracking
Progress is updated automatically as lessons and quizzes are completed.
Certificates
Certificates are available per course upon completion (if enabled for that course).
